Birth Certificate

Birth Certificate can be availed from the nearest respective Government Health Center where the child delivery occurred. If under any circumstances the applicants failed to acquire the certificate within a stipulated 21 days period it would be required to file a court order from any fast track court or executive magistrate of the district administration to apply for the certificate from the concern authority.
