In order to avoid overcrowding in the Office of Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin and in order to meet protocols issued by the Government of Meghalaya, Health and Family Welfare Department, all residents of the district are to apply Car Pass through online mode at Apply E-Pass
