Office Order: District Implementing Division SRES

In view of the request received from the Block Development Officers for the extension of the date of receipt of tender quotation on following ground:

• Petitions were received from local vendors who are interested in participating in the bidding process but were unable to do so within the stipulated time due to the preparation of requisite documents such as Professional Tax clearance certificate etc.

• The information regarding the Notice Inviting Tender was received late by some interested bidders.

Accordingly, this office is satisfied that the reasons furnished are genuine and justified for granting an extension of time for submission of bids/quotations. Hence, the last date for receipt of tender/quotation in the office of the Block Development Officer, vide this office Notice No. DID/NG-674/TENDER/VB-GRAM-G/2026/12-A dated Nongstoin, the 29th April, 2026, is hereby extended up to 10th June, 2026.
