The total number of BPL/AAY/Anapurna beneficiaries under the Nongstoin Sadar Sub-Division is as follows:
bullet        BPL Families     =  3326 Nos.
bullet         AAY Families   =   2069 Nos.
bullet Annapurna Families =     565 Nos.

     The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin, informed to all the card holders of AAY/BPL /APL  falling under the Nongstoin Sadar Sub-Division, that the Rice under the AAY/BPL/APL for the month of June 2008  have been released to the public through the Wholesalers to all the Fair Price Shop Dealers . The rates are as follows:-

             1. BPL                    - 35 KG  @ Rs 6.15p/KG .

             2. AAY                   - 35 KG @ Rs 3/KG.

            3. APL                    - 23.60 KG @ Rs 8.61p to Rs 9.04p per KG.

        Any non-supply or overcharging of rate by the Fair Price Shop Dealers may be brought to the notice of the Undersigned along with the details for necessary  action.
