This encompasses the general Background of the District, its immense potential due to the unmatched natural beauty, Tourism, Cultural Heritage, its developmental prospects. The main purpose of projecting the District through the Site, is to let other people know about the District at a glance, schemes, Projects in general and for its Tourism, Investment potential in particular.

                   All the facts & figures included in the Web Site  are collated from the available sources of the District Administration.

                   I hope this will bridge the digital divide and this help students community & people at large to get closer to the District.
